About the Role: You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, handling a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, and transfer of equity cases. The role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a reputable team that values both technical ability and excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently
