Location: Liverpool (Hybrid – 2 Days WFH)

You'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team in residential property. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of high-quality work, they are looking for another experienced Fee Earner to step in and hit the ground running.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 3+ years PQE (Solicitor, CILEX, or CLC-qualified all considered)
• Strong experience in handling residential conveyancing files independently
• A proactive, client-focused approach and great attention to detail
• A team player with the drive to develop and grow within a thriving firm

What You'll Be Working On:

• A broad and often high-value caseload: HNW clients, London-based transactions, residential developments, and traditional house sales
• Opportunities to engage with a well-established client base across the UK
• Regular contact with key stakeholders, developers, and agents
