Residential Development Solicitor (Social Housing) JOB REF: 215303454 London | 16+ years PQE | £85-100,000 (DOE) The role Lead a diverse and high-quality caseload of social housing matters, advising on planning, development and investment transactions, secured lending, and selected landlord and tenant matters. Provide exposure to complex and impactful projects within the sector. The candidate Minimum 6 years PQE with strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential development law and valuable experience within the social housing sector. Will have the opportunity to shape the firm’s presence in the market through thought leadership and marketing initiatives, mentor junior colleagues, develop team skills, and use commercial awareness to identify new opportunities and strengthen client relationships. An established client base or network within the social housing sector would be advantageous.
