Our client is seeking two talented legal professionals to join their growing property department:
- Residential Fee Earner
- Conveyancing Solicitor

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied and dynamic residential property caseload
- Handling both routine and complex client enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintaining strong and trusted relationships with existing clients
- Expanding the department’s client base and promoting the firm through business development and networking
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and thoroughly
- Representing the firm at professional and client facing events when required
Preferred Requirements
Conveyancing Solicitor:
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with proven residential conveyancing fee earning experience
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to advise confidently across residential property matters
Residential Fee Earner:
- Experienced Property Executive, Fee Earner, or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid track record in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrable ability to manage files independently with minimal supervision
For Both Roles
- Experience in residential property matters for private clients, including exposure to commercial or corporate stakeholders in the residential property space
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Strong communication skills with a client centred approach
- Proven ability to build lasting client and third party relationships
- Enthusiasm for business development and willingness to engage in networking opportunities
- Collaborative team player with sound technical knowledge
