to join our friendly team in

Poole, Dorset . This

full-time, permanent role

involves working

37.5 hours per week over three 12.5-hour shifts

across a

7 day rota , offering a

competitive salary of £26,936 per annum . In this vital position, youll provide support to residents, maintain a safe and secure environment, and work closely with probation services to help clients reintegrate into the community. Engage actively with clients, including preparing meals and creating opportunities for interaction. Support sentence plan delivery in collaboration with probation, police, and other agencies. Provide administrative and activity support, ensuring accurate records and timely updates. Monitor compliance and enforce protocols, including drug/alcohol testing, curfews, and emergency response (Naloxone and First Aid).
