• Salary: up to £60,000 DOE
• 25 days holiday + Christmas close without deduction from leave

This established and well-known family friendly firm in Taunton is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX to manage a varied caseload and grow with the team.

There is genuine progression in this supportive team – proven by the number of long-term employees who have progressed through qualification and equity partner status.

What will you do?

• Manage your own conveyancing caseload
• Manage all conveyancing matters to include freehold & leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages & equity release, transfers of equity, matrimonial conveyancing and leasehold matters

About You

• Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive
• 2+ years' residential conveyancing experience
• Confident running files from instruction through post-completion with minimal supervision
• Unqualified candidates with significant experience handling your own caseload are welcome
• Those interested in business development and marketing are encouraged to get involved, but participation is entirely optional

Contract: Permanent, full-time or part-time (hybrid)

Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience
