Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive - Swindon 

This opportunity is at a Chambers-listed, Legal 500 firm in Swindon who are looking to hire a senior solicitor or legal executive at Senior Associate or Partner level to build and leading a new team in residential conveyancing.

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

\n
• Manage sales and purchases of high-value residential properties.
• Provide legal guidance on buy-to-let investments and property portfolios
• Assist clients with shared ownership schemes and related legalities
• Support and develop junior team members

What experience is needed:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive ideally with at least 8 PQE
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and high-value caseload independently
• Business development and marketing is essential for this role
• Experience in mentoring junior solicitors and contributing to departmental growth
