Jameson Legal is working with a well-regarded boutique property law firm in East London that is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least four years' experience in residential property to take on a varied and high-quality caseload within a close-knit, collaborative environment.

You'll advise on a broad range of residential property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating residential leases
• Secured lending
• Landlord and tenant/management work

The firm has a strong London-centric client base built over more than two decades and offers a culture that values quality of work, client care, and professional integrity over volume.

The successful candidate will have solid technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach. You'll enjoy managing your own files with autonomy while contributing to the wider growth and development of the team.

This role offers a genuine opportunity for progression, including potential involvement in mentoring junior colleagues and client development. A qualified solicitor is preferred, but experienced conveyancers and non-qualified lawyers with relevant expertise will also be considered.
