I’m working with a trusted London law firm client to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal into a high-quality residential property team.

This is a fee-earning role within a well-regarded practice acting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals on high-value residential property matters.

The opportunity:

• Hands-on residential conveyancing role
• Exposure to second-hand and new-build transactions
• Small, partner-led team with real responsibility
• Supportive environment with a strong culture and low turnover

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in residential property/conveyancing
• Calm, organised and able to manage matters proactively
• Comfortable taking ownership of work in a premium client environment
• SQE/LPC qualification
• Comfortable going into the office 4 days a week during probation ( Hybrid normally is 2 days )
• 1+ years experience ( will look at 3 years + )
