Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for your next career move? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking, modern law firm with a strong reputation across Scotland.

We are looking to strengthen our Residential Conveyancing team with a skilled and motivated Paralegal. You’ll play a key role in supporting clients through the full conveyancing process, from purchase and sale transactions to remortgages. What You’ll Be Doing

•

• Acting for clients purchasing new homes and, where applicable, selling their current property
  \t
• Managing the progression of missives and ensuring timescales are met
  \t
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including reports on title
  \t
• Liaising with clients, agents, and housebuilders to provide regular updates
  \t
• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions and post-settlement work (with assistant support available)

• Strong knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a proven track record in conveyancing
