The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things Residential Property, with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and experience in business development and strategic growth.


The Candidate

  • A Residential Property Partner, or a Senior Associate ready to step into partnership
  • Ability to manage a busy and varied caseload of conveyancing matters
  • Technically strong with a proven background in residential real estate
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to develop and sustain client relationships
  • Approachable, collaborative, and aligned with a values-led firm culture.
  • Motivated by growth, quality, and long-term career progression
