Responsibilities for this Residential Property Partner role:
Lead and nurture key client relationships Drive business growth within a highly successful practice Shape the future of the London residential property department whilst being supported by a team of fee earners
Experience for this Residential Property Partner role:
Manage a caseload of high value transactions dealing with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity instructions. Proven client facing skills of dealing with clients, estate agents and lenders. Have proven business development experience and feel confident in generating a steady flow of repeat referrals.
Qualifications for this Residential Property Partner role:
Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with a minimum of 8 years PQE
