A London-based law firm is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (2-5 PQE) to join its growing property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a full-service firm with a strong reputation in the residential property space.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a confident conveyancer who enjoys working independently and thrives in a busy environment. You’ll be expected to manage your own caseload and handle 10-12 completions per month, with full support from a collaborative team. The role reports directly to the Head of Department, who allocates work based on individual strengths and experience.

The Ideal Candidate:

1-2 years PQE in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge and experience handling transactions from instruction to post-completion Able to work independently and manage a consistent caseload A positive, proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the work A solid billing track record and commercially aware
