The appointed Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will:

•

• Support a busy conveyancing department on all legal matters
  \t
• Maintain and deepen client and referrer relationships
  \t
• Carry out all aspects of the conveyancing process (purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges)
  \t
• Draft and revise legal documentation, examine title and address technical queries
  \t
• Ensure exceptional client service and regular communication at every stage
  \t
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed
  

About You:

• 
  \t
• A qualified Solicitor with a background in residential conveyancing
  \t
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  \t
• Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  \t
• Adept at building relationships and developing new business opportunities
  \t
• A successful track record in the residential conveyancing sector
