Position Overview You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. You'll work with a broad range of clients which will include commercial and HNW clients, handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and more complex matters such as trust-related transactions. The role offers autonomy, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute to the team's development. Responsibilities Handle a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers, re-mortgages, and lease extensions Demonstrate a strong understanding of trust matters and how they impact property transactions Deliver excellent client care and build strong client relationships Support junior team members and contribute to training and development Participate in business development and networking initiatives Requirements Solicitor, CILEx or Licenced Conveyancer with 5+ years PQE Solid experience managing a residential property c...
