The Opportunity

You'll play a key role within the residential property department, supporting the Head of Department and managing your own varied caseload of good-quality residential matters. The role offers autonomy, strong support, and the chance to be part of a firm that prides itself on exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Acting for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, deeds, reports, and client correspondence Conducting title reviews, raising and responding to enquiries, and managing searches Handling exchange, completion, and post-completion matters, including Land Registry formalities Advising on remortgages, mortgage redemptions, transfers of equity, and secured lending Assisting with residential licences and new-build transactions Contributi...
