This law firm was founded over 200 years ago and are now seeking a NQ-5 PQE Residential Property Solicitor as they build for the future.


This means you’ll be working with a longstanding client base at a firm with a great reputation within the property market. That’s why they’re the go-to law firm for HNW clients in the local area, property developers and investors.


You’ll get plenty of client contact.


Their client base is built upon excellent service and always having a direct line to their Solicitor. This means you will be able to manage transactions from start to finish.


As a full-service law firm, you’ll work collaboratively on transactions and be supported by the corporate team where necessary.


They have an established team of 9 people in their property department, which is led by a former Silver Circle Lawyer. The team includes 2 residential property specialists and 3 support staff. This means you’ll have support below and supervision from above.


You will have lots of variety and will be given the freedom to work on transactions from start to finish. You can expect to work on leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, leases, licences and transfers of equity.


Your professional development and training will be tailored to your needs. This will be a combination of on-the-job training and seminars and courses. You’ll therefore have input into your future training which will be built around your interests and business needs.


With a busy desk of work for you to hit the ground running, there’s plenty of opportunity for you to smash your billing target and take home a generous bonus.


You’ll get hybrid working and be within commuting distance of South London.


What you’ll need

  • NQ-5 PQE Residential Property Solicitor.
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
  • Sound understanding of negotiating leases, both landlord and tenant side.
