An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking regional law firm. With a strong reputation for quality and client service, this firm continues to grow and is now looking to strengthen its property team with a senior hire.

This is a key role within a busy and successful department, offering the chance to handle a high-quality caseload of residential property matters while playing an active part in the team’s continued growth.

You’ll enjoy a high level of autonomy, working on a broad mix of transactions, including high-value and complex matters, alongside opportunities to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to wider business development initiatives.

\n\n

What You’ll Be Doing

\n\n

Managing a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

\n\n

Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new builds and shared ownership

\n\n

Taking ownership of complex, high-value matters with minimal supervision

\n\n

Drafting and negotiating legal documentation

\n\n

Supporting and mentoring junior team members

\n\n

Building strong relationships with clients and introducers

\n\n

Playing an active role in business development and networking

\n\n

About You

\n\n

Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in residential conveyancing (typically 10+ years PQE)

\n\n

A confident fee earner with a strong track record of managing your own caseload

\n\n

Comfortable handling high-value and technically challenging transactions

\n\n

A natural communicator with excellent client care skills

\n\n

Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to growth

\n\n

Previous supervisory or mentoring experience would be advantageous

\n\n
