Residential Property Solicitor
City of London | Leading Law Firm | Highly Competitive Salary
A prestigious law firm in the Heat of London is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expert team.
This role involves managing complex, high-value residential property transactions—including high value, prestige, off plan purchases for high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- \n
- Handle high-value residential transactions, including new build/off plan
- Act as a trusted advisor to HNW clients, developers and investors
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members
- Work collaboratively in-office at least 3 days per week
Requirements:
- \n
- Minimum 6 years’ PQE in residential property law
- Buyer-side off plan experience is essential
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Background in high-value transactions for HNW clients
- Previous experience at a well-regarded City, West End, or leading regional firm
