Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (DOE)

We’re seeking a Newly Qualified to 4 years PQE Residential Property Solicitor to join a thriving Residential Property team that offers not just excellent quality work, but also a supportive environment where you can grow, thrive, and achieve your long-term goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, and new builds
- Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering a smooth and efficient service from start to finish
- Supporting the department with business development and client relationship initiatives
- Contributing to a collaborative, friendly team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- NQ to 4 years’ PQE in residential property
- A confident, client-facing approach and commercial awareness
- Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills
- A genuine interest in building your career in a reputable, forward-thinking firm
