In our Residential Scheme Manager role, you’ll be managing our Scheme efficiently, ensuring residents' welfare, safety, and comfort while fostering a sense of community. As a Residential Scheme Manager, you will be required to live on-site, offering a unique opportunity to reside within the community you support. Accommodation is provided in a 2-bedroom bungalow at the Scheme. A separate on-site office at the Scheme will be provided for work-related duties.
