Childrens Residential Support Worker
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both childrens supported accommodation services within Bournemouth.
About the Role
As a Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development.
You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
Shifts & Hours-
Long day: 9:00am 11:00pm + sleep-in
Morning: 7:00am 9:30am (next day)
3-week rolling rota: Week 1: 2 shifts
Week 2: 2 shifts
Week 3: 3 shifts

Total: 115.5 hours every 3 weeks

Meals provided on shift

Requirements-
Aged 21 or over
Full manual UK driving licence
Minimum 6 months experience in residential childcare
Comfortable completing sleep-in shifts
