Residential Support Worker - Weston-super-Mare

Pay: £14 per hour + £70 per sleep-in Shifts: 10:00 - 23:00 + Sleep-in 7:00 - 10:30 Type: Ongoing Temporary Work

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're looking for experienced Residential Support Workers to join our team supporting two homes in Weston-super-Mare, caring for children aged 8-18 years old.

The children you'll support may have lived through trauma. They need help to:

Understand and manage their emotions Build and maintain positive relationships Learn key life skills that set them up for success You'll need patience and a calm approach, working alongside them as they navigate teenage life.

You'll be supporting the young people in the morning getting them ready to access education. Supporting in the evening and social outings over the weekend.

You'll be providing a 24-hour care in warm, welcoming 3-bedroom house.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience working with vulnerable children Full UK driving licence Ideally DBS on the Update ServiceBenefits:
