Childrens Support Workers Temp to Perm Opportunities

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Childrens Support Workers to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, providing high-quality care and emotional support in a safe, nurturing environment.

As a Childrens Support Worker, you will play a key role in promoting the emotional well-being, independence, and rights of the young people in your care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure that every child feels safe, respected, and empowered.

This home supports young people with:

  • Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

  • ADHD

  • Autism

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering consistent, high-quality care in line with individual care plans
  • Supporting the emotional, behavioural, and social development of young people
  • Helping young people make informed choices and develop life skills
  • Maintaining a safe, structured, and non-judgemental environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience working with children or young people in a similar setting
  • A full UK driving licence
  • A calm, compassionate, and empathetic nature
  • A proactive and resilient approach with a strong can-do attitude
