Whether you're seeking flexible hours to suit your lifestyle or looking to gain valuable experience in residential settings, we can offer you a variety of fulfilling opportunities.\n\nAbout the role:\nAs a Residential Support Worker, you will be part of a supportive team dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for children and young people in care.
You will play a key role in supporting their emotional wellbeing, encouraging independence, and helping them make positive choices in their daily lives.\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\n * A full UK driving licence\n\n * Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Children & Young People (desirable but not essential)\n\n * Strong written and verbal communication skills\n\n * A calm, empathetic, and non-judgemental approach\n\n * A team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude\n\nWhat we offer:\n\n * Competitive hourly rates with additional supplements\n\n * Flexible working hours to fit around your availability\n\n * Ongoing training, support, and opportunities for career development\n\nPlease note: An enhanced DBS check is required for this position as part of our commitment to safeguarding.
