About the RoleWe are looking forcompassionate and resilient Residential Support Worker's to support children and young people aged 618 within a nurturing residential setting. The young people we support may present with challenging behaviours and a range of additional needs, including ADHD, autism and global developmental disorders.This role requires someone who can provide consistent, trauma-informed care while building strong, positive relationships.
