What We're Looking For

AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS
RICS Registered Valuer (or eligible)
Strong experience in residential valuation
Solid technical knowledge of construction, pathology, and risk management

Your Role

Carry out lender and private valuations and xbpsjku Level 2 surveys
Deliver high-quality, risk-aware reporting in a regulated environment
