Residential Surveyors Required High End Firm - £110k+ OTE + Benefits My client is an established, high-end surveying firm that as a result of both sustained and growing workload is seeking to appoint several surveyors into proven, well earning patches across London & Home Counties as follows: Senior Surveyor (Assoc RICS/MRICS with 2+ years PQE VRS desirable but not essential) - c£65k basic + benefits (OTE up to £110k p/a). Private L2 and L3 Survey focus, no lender panel valuations (training provided on L3s). Associate Director (5+ years PQE) - c£75k basic + benefits (OTE up to 120k p/a) Leading surveyor with wider responsibilities including mentoring, supporting newer team members, contributing strategically to business development and marketing. Commission is paid monthly up to 40%+ of fees above simple thresholds. Additional compliance bonuses (easily reached KPIs) are paid quarterly.
