TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading real estate consultancy in their search for a Residential Valuation Surveyor to join their expanding London team, covering the capital and South East region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for Surveyors or Senior Surveyors looking to take ownership of a diverse portfolio, contribute to high-profile projects, and be part of a respected national service line.


WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Valuation of residential assets including single-unit dwellings, large-scale development schemes, and diversified portfolios.

  • RICS Red Book valuations, market appraisals, and strategic consultancy across the full spectrum of residential property types.

  • Undertaking inspections, research, and writing valuation reports for a variety of clients.

  • Supporting secured lending, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, litigation, and taxation valuations.

  • Providing expert witness services in disputes and professional negligence claims.

  • Advising on distressed assets and offering strategic solutions to lenders.

  • Collaborating with colleagues nationally to deliver consistent, evidence-based advice.

  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of the division.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SELECTED?

  • MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status.

  • Strong knowledge of the London and South East residential property markets.

  • Proven experience in residential valuation work (Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level).

  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and handle a high volume of instructions.

  • Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident in decision-making.

  • Personable, professional, and presentable with excellent client relationship skills.
