Residential Worker - Shift Leader Job description 37 hours per week

Team members have to be committed to working in a person centred way in order to meet the needs of the children. Every member of the team has to work well with others and work well in a team.

Golygfa'r Dolydd (Meadows View) is a new purpose-built home that provides care and support for young people from 6 to 17 years of age. The service is made up of two distinct parts, the assessment provision  and the emergency provision. Up to seven young people of any gender can be placed at the service at any one time: four in the assessment unit and three in the emergency unit.

Golygfa'r Dolydd offers a therapeutic environment for children and young people, using a trauma informed approach to provide the most effective support possible.  Enabling them to understand their individual circumstances, develop resilience and self-care skills.
