Support Workers –West Drayton Rolling rota | 24-hour shifts | NVQ Level 3 required | Weekly Pay + Night Supplement

We are recruiting experienced Support Workers to join a passionate team in West Drayton, providing round-the-clock support across semi-independent homes for young people aged 16 to 25.

Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care /Children & Young People Minimum 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential or semi-independent setting Full Right to Work in UK- NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE

Shift Patterns:

Thursday & Friday: 24-hour shifts (9am–9am) OR Saturday & Sunday: 24-hour activity-focused shifts (9am–9am) Rolling rota pattern Resident Curfew is 11pm; residents do not have key access and must be accompanied when leaving
