To support this transformation, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Resourcing Manager to drive excellence across our hiring processes, employer branding, and talent strategy. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2-3 days per week based in our Central Reading office. What you’ll do Design and deliver recruitment campaigns (in partnership with our recruitment MSP) to attract top talent to MBNL. Create compelling employer branding content to support both programme-specific and BAU recruitment efforts. Redesign recruitment processes and tools to reflect our new behaviours and competencies, to ensure fairness, modernity, and strategic alignment.
