This role comes with a salary up to £43,000 plus a car allowance of £5,400 a year!

The ideal Respiratory Practice Nurse candidate will have: Current experience in COPD and/or Asthma patient reviews in primary care. At least 3 years of experience managing respiratory conditions. An interest in respiratory management and experience in spirometry. A full driving licence and current NMC registration. Desirable qualifications include COPD/Asthma diplomas and ARTP qualification. As a Respiratory Practice Nurse, you'll be responsible for: Conducting patient audits and delivering specialist clinics. Providing mentorship and support to general practice staff. Ensuring care aligns with local and national guidelines. Working primarily in primary care settings. Contributing to the improvement of patient outcomes. Package and Benefits: The Respiratory Practice Nurse role comes with a comprehensive package: Salary: £38,000 - £43,000 depending on diplomas. Annual bonus incentive scheme. Car allowance of £5,400 per annum (pro-rata for part-time). Company pension and private medical insurance. Daily lunch allowance when in practice and reimbursement of NMC/RCN fees.
