NonStop Care are working with a Good Ofsted Children's Residential Service that are seeking a full-time Responsible Individual in the East Midlands. You will be responsible for two EBD homes: one 2-bed and one 3-bed. Key Responsibilities: Act as the Responsible Individual in line with The Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015 . Provide strong leadership and professional supervision to Registered Managers. Oversee operational delivery, safeguarding standards, and quality assurance across multiple homes. Ensure homes meet or exceed Ofsted requirements, aiming for "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings.
