Restart Advisor Bolton Salary: £28,325 per annum Contract: Permanent Full Time: 37.5 hours ( Monday - Friday 09.00 -17.00) Location: Bolton Office Are you passionate about making a difference and creating positive social impact ? As a Restart Advisor , you will play a transformational role in coaching and empowering individuals . You will be helping participants unlock their potential and guiding them toward sustainable employment , from career coaching to personal development, addressing complex and varied challenges along the way. Desirable: Experience of working within the Employability Sector ,managing a high caseload of participants within an office environment and who is performance driven to ensure all KPI's and targets. What youll be doing: Collaborating with participants through diagnostic assessments to identify barriers and create action plans that shift mindsets and identify the steps needed to secure meaningful employment.
