Were recruiting an exceptional General Manager to lead the launch of an exciting new fusion restaurant opening in West London. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-profile opening, shaping the culture, standards, and success of a standout dining destination from day one.
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the restaurants performance, overseeing all front- and back-of-house operations. Youll be a confident leader with strong commercial acumen, a passion for hospitality, and proven experience delivering outstanding guest experiences.
About the role:
Lead the full opening process, including recruitment, training, and pre-opening preparation
Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing management and front-of-house team
Deliver exceptional service standards and a memorable guest journey
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive sales and profitability
Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and licensing regulations
Work closely with senior leadership to develop and grow the brand
About You:
Proven experience as a General Manager within a premium or high-volume restaurant
Strong background in new openings or concept-led restaurants preferred
Commercially focused with excellent people-management skills
Passionate about food, drink, and delivering best-in-class service
Hands-on, energetic, and confident leading from the front
