As Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and ongoing success of the business.
From recruitment and training through to service standards and guest experience, you will be responsible for building a strong team and delivering a consistently high-quality operation.
This is a hands-on role, requiring a leader who thrives on the floor, sets the tone for service, and is passionate about hospitality.
You will be instrumental in creating a destination venue known for both its food and its atmosphere.
Duties:
Lead the opening and day-to-day running of the restaurant
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
Drive exceptional service standards and guest experience
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure a seamless operation
Manage rotas, staffing, and operational performance
Build strong relationships with guests and the local community
