Your Role as Restaurant General Manager:

Collaborate with the Regional Manager to support and develop your team.
Lead by example, mentoring staff and fostering a positive work environment.
Oversee training, staffing, and scheduling, ensuring seamless operations.
Maintain hygiene standards and handle customer service issues effectively.
Manage cash flow, inventory, and ordering while controlling profit and loss.
Drive customer satisfaction and exceed performance targets. What We're Looking For:
