We are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager for a luxury boutique hotel set in a stunning rural location in the Scottish Highlands . This is an excellent opportunity for a polished Restaurant Manager / FOH Manager / F&B Manager with a strong background in fine dining and high-end hospitality .
The restaurant offers a bespoke, produce-led dining experience , combining exceptional food with a warm, refined and knowledgeable service style. Guests include leisure travellers, private hire groups and special occasion stays.
Salary & Package Salary: Circa £46,000 per annum , dependent on experience

The Role Restaurant Manager As Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant and bar , delivering consistently high standards of service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining.
This is a hands-on, floor-based Restaurant Manager role , ideal for someone who enjoys leading from the front in a fine-dining, luxury hotel environment .
Key Responsibilities Manage all restaurant and bar operations within a luxury boutique hotel

Deliver an impeccable fine-dining service style with strong attention to detail

Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team

Maintain exceptional guest experience and service standards

Oversee reservations, guest preferences and bespoke dining experiences

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery

Manage private dining, exclusive-use events and special occasions

Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and operational standards

Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively

Ideal Candidate Restaurant Manager We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, FOH Manager or F&B Manager

A background in fine dining, high-end restaurants, luxury hotels or boutique hotels

Strong knowledge of premium service standards and guest journey delivery

A confident, calm and personable leadership style

Experience in destination venues or rural hospitality (advantageous)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

A genuine passion for hospitality, food and service excellence

Location, Relocation & Accommodation No live-in accommodation available

Suitable for candidates already based locally or open to relocating

Temporary accommodation can be provided to assist with relocation

Candidates are encouraged to arrange an Airbnb or short-term rental initially , allowing time to find a long-term home

Due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential
