A rare opportunity has arisen for a natural hospitality leader to join a premium dining and lounge environment in Rainham, Essex.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager on behalf of our clients with personality, flair and professionalism someone who can create an exceptional guest experience while leading a passionate front of house team. This is not a purely operational role. We are looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity and service excellence to help build repeat business and deliver outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire the front of house team

• Deliver premium customer service standards

• Manage service flow across restaurant and lounge areas

• Drive customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Support rota planning and staffing organisation

• Maintain presentation and service quality standards

• Handle customer queries and service issues professionally

• Previous experience in Restaurant Management or strong Assistant Manager level ready to step up

• Natural leadership presence

• Customer experience focused

• High energy, personable and professional

• Able to work evenings and weekends

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to use initiative in a busy service environment
