Restaurant Manager/ess - Fine Dining | 5 star Hotel | near Chippenham Wiltshire | £38,000-£40,000 + £4-5K Service
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Restaurant Manager/ess to lead a fine dining restaurant within a stunning 5-star hotel in Wiltshire .
This is a hands-on role in a highly regarded dining environment, ideal for a passionate hospitality professional with a background in 3 Rosette or Michelin-starred service who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role or Restaurant Manager will focus on!

Managing the fine dining restaurant operation
Oversee and inspire a team of 5-10 front of house staff
Ensure consistently exceptional service standards and guest experience
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
Maintain attention to detail across all aspects of service and presentation
Service-led role working 2pm until finish, 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

About You

Proven background within 3 Rosette or Michelin-starred restaurants (minimum Head Waiter/ess level )
Experience managing and developing teams
Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for fine dining
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on, service-driven approach
Due to the rural location and working hours, own transport is essential

Package

£38,000 - £40,000 basic salary
£4,000 - £5,000 service charge (c. £43K-£45K package)
