Is a luxury 4 Star Boutique Hotel in on the outskirts of Cardiff looking for a Restaurant Manager with fine dine restaurant experience. The Restaurant is approx. 45/50 seater. The establishment does have large outside space for a dining area.

The Job.....
This is a Restaurant Managers position in a Fine Dine Restaurant, on the outskirts of Cardiff. Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine & cocktail experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.
The Person specification...
Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential
Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence
Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness
A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service
Have a vast knowledge of Wines to be able to lead & train the Bar Staff
Hotel background would also be preferable, but not essential
