We are recruiting an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy, American-inspired restaurant and bar in the heart of Chelsea.
Known for its live-fire cooking, bold flavours, craft beers, cocktails and a buzzing atmosphere , this venue is a destination spot for guests who love great food, big personalities and vibrant service.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-volume, late-night trading environments and knows how to build a strong, engaged front-of-house team.
The Role Full ownership of day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
Leading, coaching and developing a large FOH team
Driving service standards in a busy, theatre-led dining environment
Managing rotas, labour costs and commercial performance
Maintaining brand standards across food, drink and guest experience
Ensuring full compliance with health & safety procedures
Working closely with senior leadership to deliver growth
The Ideal Candidate Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong AGM ready to step up
Background in high-volume casual dining, bar-led or themed venues
Confident, energetic leadership style
Commercial mindset with strong cost control experience
Passion for hospitality, team culture and guest journeys
Comfortable managing large covers and late-night trade
