This well-known and established business is seeking a manager to manage the main 50 cover restaurant, private dining and room service.
The hotel is renowned for their restaurant and bar, showcasing a high-end dining concept.
The restaurant manager will work closely with the hotel manager to ensure exceptional levels of service are maintained throughout the F&B department.
The role will focus on managing the team, providing training and support.
