Restaurant Manager Pan-Asian Restaurant & Bar in Belsize Village About the Opportunity Were offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team for a new restaurant opening in NW3 . Be part of the launch and help shape the guest experience, culture, and operations from day one. HUO is an established Asian restaurant operating in Chelsea with sister restaurants ULI in Notting Hill and Marylebone. Were all about great food, relaxed service, and genuine hospitality and were looking for a people-first leader to help us take things to the next level. This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings out the best in their team, and has a sharp eye for both detail and guest experience. What Youll Be Doing Leading daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service Coaching and motivating the front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellence Managing rotas, stock ordering, and general opening/closing duties Maintaining high standards in health & safety and food hygiene (Alert 65 experience a plus) Working closely with the kitchen team to coordinate service Overseeing the use of our EPOS system (Tissl experience useful but not essential) Driving performance through smart cost control and labour management Handling guest feedback and ensuring everyone leaves happy About You You must hold a Level 3 Food Safety certification HACCP certification is also required, with practical experience applying it in a working environment- At least 3 years management experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant Proven experience managing food safety systems and HACCP protocols Friendly, professional, and always leading by example Confident under pressure with a strong sense of ownership Knowledgeable about food safety and licensing requirements Comfortable working with budgets and staffing plans Ambitious and looking to grow with a company thats expanding Prior experience within a Thai or Chinese restaurant would be very beneficial What Youll Get From Us A fun, informal working environment with a focus on quality and teamwork Full support from engaged, experienced owners 28 days paid holiday 50% staff discount when dining in our restaurants Pension scheme Performance-related bonuses Real career progression opportunities as we plan new openings Your Schedule A mix of day shifts, evenings, weekends, and occasional overtime Must be able to commute to Belsize Village (nearest tube / rail stations are Belsize Park, Swiss Cottage and Finchley Road) Apply Now If you're ready to lead from the front, inspire a team, and help build something special, wed love to hear from you.
