The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service, strong team leadership, and an exceptional dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are consistently met
* Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
* Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver a cohesive guest experience
* Drive revenue through effective upselling and service excellence
* Monitor budgets, stock control, and cost management
* Ensure compliance with health and safety and licensing regulations
About You
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or high-volume restaurant
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service
* Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and KPIs
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
