A Day in Your Neighbourhood

Lead the service : Take charge of your shift, ensuring the team delivers smooth, efficient and friendly service throughout. Motivate the team : Support training and development of junior staff, helping to build confidence and keep standards high. Own the details : Oversee table settings, reservation management, opening/closing procedures, and support with stock control. Support the guests : Be a point of contact for feedback, queries, and special requests, always with warmth and professionalism. Keep things moving : Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing and resolve any issues before they escalate.
