We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day to day running and service of this stunning premium dining gastro restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Farnham. Helping lead the front of house team to deliver impeccable service through a professional yet warm and friendly approach to guests to maintain their exceptional reputation of fresh food dining, a well curated wine offering and innovative cocktails.

The Person

As the successful Restaurant Supervisor will need the following:
Experience in a premium restaurant/gastro pub setting
Must currently hold the position on Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager
Be a great communicator with a dynamic and charismatic approach
Confidence and a hospitality front of house expert
Driven, reliable and a true team player who is able to lead by example
Wine knowledge
Impeccable standards of service with a passion for exceptional food and quality wines and cocktails
A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for exceeding guest expectations
Personable and trustworthy
Be local to the area or have own transport
