Were recruiting an experienced Restaurant and Food Hall Manager to lead the daily operation at a prestigious corporate site in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading contract catering company known for exceptional food, outstanding service, and an innovative approach to workplace dining. About the Role Youll be the face of our clients on-site food hall, café and small restaurant ensuring a smooth, high-quality service that meets both client expectations and company standards. Youll manage day-to-day operations, lead and develop your team, and play a key role in driving financial performance, customer satisfaction, and service innovation. Key to this role is to take a lead on the food and service innovation, keeping in focus the food trends that are currently big on the high street along with calendar and seasonal events. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the daily operations, ensuring flawless service and presentation. Lead, train, and motivate the front and back -of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Work closely with the Head Chef and catering team to maintain menu quality and innovation. Manage budgets, stock levels, and P&L performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards. Build strong client relationships through professionalism and proactive communication. About You Proven management experience within a similar environment in contract catering / corporate dining. A confident leader with excellent communication and people-management skills. Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and driving sales. Great awareness of innovation in food and service Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure.
