Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate - Legal 500 Firm - London

A leading Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate to join its highly regarded restructuring and insolvency team. The Role
You will work as part of a specialist team advising a broad range of clients, including companies, insolvency practitioners, lenders, and directors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on corporate restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy matters
• Acting on administrations, liquidations, CVAs, and restructurings
• Supporting distressed M&A and refinancing transactions
• Advising directors, creditors, and stakeholders on insolvency risk and strategy
• Drafting and reviewing complex legal documentation and court applications
• Assisting with contentious insolvency matters where required
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in restructuring, insolvency, or bankruptcy
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident working on complex matters and managing competing deadlines
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Motivated to develop and progress within a leading London firm
